Bătrânul

 

Ce și-a pierdut toți dinții

Zâmbește în continuare lângă tufa

Cu flori împrăștiate

 

 

 

 

Sfârșitul Primăverii

 

Este atât de umed

În timp ce scutur o pernă

Primăvara trece

 

 

 

 

Noaptea dintre anotimpuri

 

Aproape de zori

Într-un somn adânc nu am știut

Că stau lângă vară

 

 

 

 

În dimineața asta

 

Am uitat să rup foaia din calendar

Ibricul de apă

Fierbe mai greu

 

 

 

 

Trec mașini

 

Acoperă cu praf

Un trandafir sălbatic dincolo de drum

Se preface într-o statuie de lut

All his teeth gone

He smiles next to the plant

With scattering flowers

 

 

 

 

End of Spring

 

It’s so moist

As I shake a cushion

Spring goes by

 

 

 

 

Night Between Seasons

 

Almost morning

In deep sleep I was not aware

Of lying next to summer

 

 

 

 

This Morning

 

I forget to peel off a calendar page

A pot of water

Takes longer to boil

 

 

 

 

Passing Cars

 

Covered with dust

A gardenia on the side of the road

Turns into an earthen statue
